We have started the masonry works on the UWE student accomodation, SAP3 phase 1.
The contract is for labour and materials on the 900 bed new build scheme. The project is spread across 3 buildings up to 6 stories high.
The main contractor for this project is Vinci, and the masonry contract is worth £1.3 million.
